- Premium Subscriptions: Payment for premium features is handled by a secure third-party gateway. Tyaari does not collect, store, or have access to your financial details or credit card information.
2. Performance and Progress
While Tyaari provides a Progress Dashboard and Accuracy + Speed Analytics to help you improve, please note:
- We do not store your specific MCQ attempt history or the exact time taken to complete individual tests on our permanent servers.
- The system is designed to help you track your preparation level in real-time without intrusive behavioral monitoring or long-term storage of specific test interactions.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to ensure the app functions securely:
- Firebase Authentication: To manage secure sign-ins and protect your account.
- Google Play Services: For app stability and core functionality.
- Payment Processors: To securely facilitate premium upgrades.
4. Data Security
We prioritize the security of your authentication credentials. By using Firebase Authentication, your data is protected by industry-leading security protocols. However, we encourage you to use a unique, strong password to further secure your Tyaari account.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for students preparing for university entry tests. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been provided, we will delete it immediately.
6. Account & Data Deletion
You may request to delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will permanently remove your email and access from our system.
- How to delete: You can request deletion by emailing at support@tyaari.com.pk.
- Timeline: Your data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 7 days of the request.
